Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Simply place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from our Wymondham shop.
Do you sell organic herbs and herbal tinctures?
Yes. We stock over 150 organic dried herbs and more than 160 herbal tinctures, together with a wide range of essential oils, carrier oils, botanicals and raw ingredients for herbal remedies, natural skincare and home crafting. We also supply bottles, jars and other packaging, making us a one-stop shop for your projects.
Can you order products that aren’t in stock?
Absolutely. If you’re looking for a particular product that we don’t currently stock, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to source it for you.
Do you have a zero-waste refill station?
Yes. Our refill station offers a range of eco-friendly household, hair and body care products, helping you reduce plastic waste by refilling your own containers.
Do you sell supplements?
Yes. We stock a carefully selected range of high-quality vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements and natural health products from trusted brands.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes. Parking is easy in Wymondham. There are several public car parks within a short walk of our shop, many offering up to one hour of free parking, with reasonable charges for longer stays. Free on-street parking is also available nearby. The closest public car park is on West Gate, just a few steps from Caley’s Apothecary.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Our gift vouchers make the perfect present for anyone interested in natural health, wellbeing and eco-friendly living. Choose from physical gift vouchers or digital gift cards, delivered straight to your recipient’s email.
Can I shop online?
Yes. Our online shop is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to browse and order from wherever you are. We also offer Click & Collect if you’d prefer to pick up your order in-store.
